As a Sales Territory Manager, you will oversee all facets of your designated area, fostering robust relationships with clients and propelling sales advancement within the Independent Automotive Aftermarket. Your responsibilities will encompass generating new business opportunities, optimizing revenue streams, and crafting innovative strategies to enhance our market footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new sales prospects in Friction Braking & Ride Control
  • Maximize revenue from both existing and prospective clients
  • Develop a comprehensive territory sales strategy to achieve objectives
  • Lead sales presentations and business evaluations with senior leadership
  • Conduct regular client meetings to maintain strong relationships
  • Stay updated on market dynamics and competitor strategies
  • Collaborate with sales teams to stimulate demand and promote MAT Automotive brands
  • Work autonomously to discover and secure sales opportunities

Essential Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Knowledgeable about the Independent Aftermarket and retail landscape

  • Experience with SAP is advantageous

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive sector, particularly in braking systems, is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
  • 2-5 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket
  • E-commerce experience is a plus
  • Analytical thinker with strong decision-making skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
