Role Overview: As a Channel Partner Manager at HiBob, you will play a pivotal role in developing one of the company's most rapidly expanding initiatives: Partnerships. Your primary focus will be on attracting new channel partners, fostering existing collaborations, and enhancing revenue through partner-driven referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive expansion for the Americas Channel Partnerships team
  • Oversee a pipeline of prospective partners
  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive partner strategy
  • Collaborate with Technology Partner managers
  • Articulate the advantages of our Partner Program
  • Identify and prioritize potential partners
  • Maintain regular engagement with partners
  • Organize partner-centric activities
  • Work collaboratively across various departments
  • Create compelling presentations

Location Note: Candidates should be situated in the New York Metro Area for collaborative office work.

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $145,000 annually, complemented by a 30% variable incentive based on target achievements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in Channel Partner management
  • Proven experience in managing partner leads and revenue objectives
  • Familiarity with HR technology is advantageous

  • Experience in dynamic, fast-paced settings
