Position Overview:
Chipton-Ross is seeking 12 Senior Structural Analysis Engineers for a contract/hybrid opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Structural Analysis Engineer, you will:
1. Drive the development, integration, and documentation of structural requirements to shape the system design.
2. Collaborate with various engineering teams to define the product's operational environment.
3. Direct product design efforts and validate structural integrity through the application of analytical methods, finite element models, simulations, and other analytical tools throughout the product lifecycle.
4. Formulate and oversee test plans and configurations, assist in test execution, and analyze/report test outcomes to ensure systems and components meet established requirements and specifications.
5. Document certification and test results to provide assurance to clients and regulatory bodies that all requirements are fulfilled.
6. Support existing products by leading investigations into failures and proposing enhancements.
7. Innovate analytical processes and tools to enhance the effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of development efforts.

Essential Qualifications:
Successful candidates must complete training as a condition of employment.

Required Skills:
- Experience with BCA fuselage stress and design (skin, stringer, frame, pressure deck, etc.).
- Familiarity with Client tool Moss-Duberg is advantageous. Candidates with integration experience are preferred, particularly those with prior BCA fuselage experience to facilitate global coordination efforts.

System Stress Expertise:
- Proficiency in stress analysis for flight controls, mechanical hydraulics, high lift, electrical systems, and/or ECS system installations.

Educational Background:
A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry is required, along with typically 9 or more years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., PhD with 4 years of related work experience, or a Master's degree with 7 years of related work experience). ABET accreditation is preferred in the USA, though not mandatory.

Work Schedule:
This position operates on a full-time basis during the first shift, with work hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
