Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, maintain, and enhance structural and component designs utilizing advanced 3-D Computer Aided Design tools and other methodologies to provide comprehensive product definitions.
  • Analyze and integrate test results to ensure systems and components meet established requirements and specifications.
  • Oversee supplier development, testing, and production activities, working closely with suppliers to optimize designs and achieve program objectives.
  • Develop innovative design processes and tools to enhance the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of engineering efforts.
  • Explore emerging technologies to conceptualize future product designs that align with anticipated requirements.
  • Work under general supervision, contributing to team objectives.

Work Authorization:

This position requires compliance with export control regulations. A "U.S. Person" as defined by applicable regulations is required.

Onsite Requirement:

This role necessitates 100% onsite work at designated locations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Civil Engineering, or select Structures disciplines.
  • Experience in Engineering classifications such as Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
  • Experience or coursework in structural design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, with increased experience required for higher-level positions.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience for senior roles.
  • Demonstrated engineering expertise as a level 2/3/4 engineer, ideally within the Structural and/or Aerospace sectors.
  • ABET accreditation is preferred but not mandatory.

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate (Level 2): Bachelor's degree with typically 2+ years of experience in an engineering role or a Master's degree with relevant experience.

Experienced (Level 3): Bachelor's degree with typically 5+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.

Senior (Level 4): Bachelor's degree with typically 9+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 7+ years of experience.

Experienced (Level 3): $96,050 - $129,950
