Position Overview:
Chipton-Ross is seeking experienced Structural Analysis Engineers for a contract opportunity. This role involves significant onsite responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct the development, integration, and documentation of structural specifications to define system design.
2. Collaborate with various engineering teams to establish the operational environment of the product.
3. Guide product design and ensure structural integrity through the application of analytical techniques, finite element modeling, and other analytical tools throughout the product lifecycle.
4. Develop and lead test plans, support test execution, and analyze results to confirm that systems and components meet established requirements.
5. Document certification and test outcomes to demonstrate compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
6. Investigate failures in existing products and propose enhancements.
7. Create analytical processes and tools to boost the quality and efficiency of development efforts.

Essential Qualifications:
- Successful completion of training is a prerequisite for this position.

Required Skills:
- Experience with BCA fuselage stress and design, including skin, stringer, frame, and pressure deck.
- Familiarity with the Client tool Moss-Duberg is advantageous.
- Integration experience is necessary, with prior BCA fuselage experience to facilitate global coordination.

System Stress Expertise:
- Proficiency in stress analysis for flight controls, mechanical hydraulics, high lift systems, electrical systems, and/or ECS installations.

Educational Background:
- A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry, with typically 9 or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., PhD with 4 years of experience, Master’s with 7 years of experience). ABET accreditation is preferred in the USA.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position with first shift hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
