About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' financial aspirations and personal objectives, safeguarding their wealth while guiding them through the intricacies of trust establishment. Our dedicated team collaborates with clients to identify potential risks, devise strategies to mitigate exposure, and empower clients to maintain control over their financial futures through trusts, estate administration, charitable trusts, and additional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored advice and comprehensive wealth management solutions for affluent clients and families.
  • Effectively oversee a portfolio of relationships, including fiduciary, IRA, and investment management clients.
  • Maintain a client-focused approach with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop holistic plans in collaboration with clients' professional advisors and internal partners.
  • Proactively engage with internal teams to identify and address unique client needs while enhancing the overall client experience.
  • Utilize the expertise of internal specialists to ensure a cohesive delivery of investment, fiduciary, tax, estate planning, insurance, lending, credit, and banking services aligned with client goals.
  • Identify opportunities for the promotion of investment management products and trust services.
  • Assume informal leadership roles as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of relationship management services, including wealth transfer planning, taxation, estate planning, and wealth management products, gained through extensive experience and ongoing education.
  • Strong relationship management, networking, and business development capabilities.
  • Proven ability to enhance revenue, assets, and client base.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and comply with driving record criteria.
  • Self-motivated and organized individual with keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Inquisitive, adaptable, and a strong team player with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain flexible and resilient in various situations, maintaining a positive outlook that aligns with our culture and core values.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in trust and estate services is required.
  • Prior experience in a related legal field is preferred.
  • Certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Certified Trust Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) are preferred.
