This position is primarily focused on assisting customers through high-level service and managing daily operations within the retail environment while complying with company policies and industry standards.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Uphold the company's mission and core values, ensuring high ethical standards and professionalism.
Deliver exceptional and precise customer service by addressing inquiries and directing concerns appropriately.
Conduct guided tours of the sales area, offering product suggestions based on current knowledge of available merchandise.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of customer and member benefits, discounts, promotions, and encourage guest memberships.
Follow product handling protocols, including adherence to safety and health regulations as well as compliance with regulatory agencies.
Ensure the store's cleanliness and organization by restocking items, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing as necessary.
Utilize the cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, guest satisfaction, and compliance with established timelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) is required.
An Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within a retail setting.
Strong computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning abilities.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Exceptional multitasking skills in both phone and face-to-face interactions.
Occasional local travel may be required.
Some desk-based computer tasks may be necessary.

Regularly stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, perform light/fine manipulation, grasp firmly, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or items, and lift/carry/push/pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Occasional twisting/bending/stooping/squatting, kneeling/crawling may be necessary.
