Client Relocation Management Analyst

The primary objective of the Client Relocation Management Analyst is to assist the Account Management team and our clients in ensuring the quality of all deliverables necessary for the smooth operation of the engagement. Analysts are responsible for precise and timely reporting of client information, including offering insights and recommendations based on relevant findings to facilitate the decision-making process and support business functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting:
Gather and evaluate data for external client dashboards, status updates, account assessments, and SLA monitoring, emphasizing trends and opportunities for client discussions.
Create client-facing presentations in support of account management teams, including dashboards, status reports, and account evaluations.
Compile and report data for tracking internal execution as per client critical to quality (CTQs) and areas of concern.
Client Support:
Collaborate with Account Managers/Directors to consistently engage with clients to fully comprehend their business, objectives, strategies, and challenges, proposing effective solutions to address them.
Participate in client meetings, documenting discussions, decisions, and action items as needed.
Work alongside Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, and other support teams to create client-ready responses to service escalations.
Assist the client team with daily tasks, including managing group email accounts, responding to ad hoc requests, and ensuring data alignment between company and client systems.
Support clients' HR and recruiting teams through training, cost estimate requests, and reporting needs.
Billing Support:
Monitor unbilled items to resolve issues and ensure timely and accurate billing to clients.
Investigate and resolve client invoice inquiries and disputes, providing client-ready responses.
Research, complete, and obtain necessary approvals and signatures for revenue adjustments or voids.
Maintain the Billing Matrix as required.
Monitor receivables and assist Account Management in driving timely client payments.
Management Support:
Provide desk coverage for Account Managers and client team members during business travel, vacations, etc.
Assist management with client policy maintenance and recommend policy revisions as necessary.
Support management by drafting updates to client-authored documents such as policy handbooks, flyers, authorization forms, and policy matrices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
2+ years of relevant business experience (client services and/or financial operations) required.
Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Cognos required).
