Job Overview

This position operates in a hybrid work environment.

The Relocation Account Management Analyst plays a crucial role in assisting the Account Management team and our clients to ensure the quality of all outputs necessary for effective engagement. Analysts are responsible for precise and prompt reporting of client information, which includes delivering insights and suggestions based on pertinent findings to facilitate informed decision-making and support operational activities. Furthermore, Analysts provide administrative support for client engagements by managing client data, mitigating billing discrepancies, and representing the client in addressing escalated customer issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Reporting:

• Gather and evaluate data for client-facing dashboards, progress updates, account assessments, and service level agreement (SLA) tracking, emphasizing trends and opportunities for client discussions.

• Create presentations for clients that support account management efforts, including dashboards, status reports, and account evaluations.

• Compile and present data for the oversight of internal performance based on client-critical quality metrics and areas of concern.

Client Support:

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, objectives, strategies, and challenges, proposing effective solutions accordingly.

• Attend client meetings, documenting discussions, decisions, and action items as required.

• Work alongside Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, and other support teams to formulate client-ready responses to service escalations.

• Assist the client team with daily operations, including managing group communications, addressing ad hoc requests, and ensuring data alignment between company and client systems.

Billing Assistance:

• Oversee unbilled accounts to resolve issues and ensure accurate and timely billing for clients.

• Investigate and address client invoice inquiries and disputes, providing ready responses for clients.

• Conduct research, complete necessary documentation, and secure approvals for revenue adjustments or voids.

• Maintain the Billing Matrix as needed.

• Monitor receivables and assist the Account Management team in securing timely payments from clients.

Management Support:

• Provide coverage for Account Managers and client team members during business travel or absences.

• Assist management with the maintenance of client policies and recommend revisions as necessary.

• Aid management by drafting updates to client-authored documents such as policy manuals, informational flyers, authorization forms, and policy matrices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience (client services and/or financial operations) is required.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Cognos required).
