About the Position

HR Collaborative is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and communicating the benefits of partnering with HR Collaborative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our team to use outreach tools like phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage potential customers.
  • Communicate the value proposition of HR Collaborative to prospective clients.
  • Identify and generate new business prospects through targeted sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of professional experience.
  • 4+ years of proven success selling professional services to mid-size market organizations.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a positive, solution-focused approach to interacting with coworkers and clients.
  • Possesses a hunter mentality with excellent persuasive skills, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to connect with and engage potential clients effectively.
