- Create relationships with community partners to expand ECS's network and reach.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings with ECS physicians to educate them about ECS offerings and partnership opportunities.
- Organize and prepare sales presentations and materials as needed.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote ECS services.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources through regular communication and in-person visits.
- Maintain customer relationship tracking, including prospective customers, follow-up activity, and sales process phase.
- Track and report on sales activities and results.
- Facilitate new customer integration, communication, and workflow management.
- Follow-up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and explore new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and Teams.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- One to two years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the medical field.
The physical demands of this position require the ability to talk or hear, use hands or fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls, and sit for extended periods. The employee may occasionally stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
The work environment is typically moderate in noise level.
