We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Emergency Care Specialists. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing strategic relationships with partners and potential customers.

- Create relationships with community partners to support ECS's growth and development.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings with ECS physicians to educate them about ECS offerings and partnership opportunities.
- Organize and prepare sales presentations and materials as needed.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote ECS's services and products.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources through regular communication and in-person visits.
- Maintain customer relationship tracking, including prospective customers, follow-up activity, and sales process phase.
- Track and report on sales activities and results.
- Facilitate new customer integration, communication, and workflow management.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and explore new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and Teams.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- One to two years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the field of medicine.
