Key Responsibilities

  • Track and report on sales activities and results.
  • Facilitate new customer integration, communication, and workflow management.
  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and explore new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and Teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • One to two years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the field of medicine.
