The Chickasaw Nation Medical Center is seeking a Full Time Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our Office of Under Secretary of Medical Staff and Quality.

Overview:

This role is essential in providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the Division and the Executive Officer, ensuring efficient file and record management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage logistics effectively.
  • Prepare and process travel requests, claims, and financial documentation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed administrative tasks to guarantee timely and accurate information dissemination.
  • Assist in strategizing the expansion of existing and emerging programs.
  • Provide support for meetings, oversee office supplies, and organize staff events.
  • Maintain organized files, logs, and records, and prepare correspondence as needed.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
  • Additional years of experience may substitute for formal education.
Credentialing:

Essential:

  • Successful completion of a general background check and possession of a Standard Driver's License.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced office setting with occasional physical activities, including lifting up to 25 lbs and prolonged periods of sitting.
