Position Overview:
BCforward India Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Administrative Specialist. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operational processes and effective communication within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-level administrative assistance to upper management, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Handle complex administrative tasks, demonstrating independent judgment and initiative to resolve issues effectively.
  • Oversee the maintenance of essential records and prepare detailed reports as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for executives.
  • Mentor and guide junior administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
  • Recognized as a key administrative resource within the division, contributing to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional college education is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 9 years of relevant administrative experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in administrative functions at an executive level.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and support various administrative needs.
