We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Office Administrator/Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of essential front office tasks, including but not limited to:
- Managing incoming calls and emails from clients and internal staff.
- Providing administrative support through writing, typing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all communications.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Utilizing QuickBooks for financial entries and reporting.
- Coordinating the procurement of office supplies, marketing materials, and refreshments.
- Facilitating customer visits and organizing office events.
- Assisting with inventory management and logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Participating in cross-training initiatives to learn additional roles as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of experience in an office support role.
- Experience in data entry, detail management, and customer interaction.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and typing skills.
- Strong listening and communication skills for effective public interaction.
