We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Office Administrator/Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of essential front office tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Managing incoming calls and emails from clients and internal staff.
  • Providing administrative support through writing, typing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all communications.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Utilizing QuickBooks for financial entries and reporting.
  • Coordinating the procurement of office supplies, marketing materials, and refreshments.
  • Facilitating customer visits and organizing office events.
  • Assisting with inventory management and logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Participating in cross-training initiatives to learn additional roles as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in an office support role.
  • Experience in data entry, detail management, and customer interaction.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and typing skills.
  • Strong listening and communication skills for effective public interaction.
