Position Overview

The District Manager is responsible for the financial success, leadership development, and operational excellence across multiple locations. This role ensures adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and compliance with company policies in each establishment within the designated market area. Each district typically encompasses 5 to 8 locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
  • Establish quarterly objectives for each management team aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.
  • Facilitate communication between corporate headquarters and field operations.
  • Mentor and develop store managers through effective leadership and guidance.
  • Identify and recruit talent that embodies the company culture.
  • Focus on personal development to enhance business growth.
  • Utilize the Plan, Tell, Show, Do, Review (PTSDR) training method to coach future leaders.
  • Conduct regular visits to each location, dedicating a minimum of 6 hours bi-weekly to ensure operational support.
  • Prepare for store visits with a focus on development while minimizing distractions.
  • Perform inspections to uphold brand standards and operational procedures.
  • Safeguard the brand by ensuring compliance with established policies.
  • Develop innovative strategies to foster community partnerships.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to address challenges within the district.
  • Oversee all aspects necessary for effective district operations.
  • Work across departments to identify and evaluate growth opportunities.
Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

  • Demonstrated business acumen and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in developing talent.

  • Experience managing multiple locations across diverse geographical areas.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years in multi-unit management.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Work Schedule
  • Availability to work at least 48 hours per week.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Remote Work Eligibility
  • Ability to work 60% of the time in regional locations and 40% remotely.
