About the Department
Join the Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) team, which is dedicated to significant expansion initiatives within sterile production, solid dosage forms, finished products, fill & finish warehousing, and quality control across all production sectors in Product Supply. FFEx is a newly formed and expanding division responsible for designing, planning, and constructing all new aseptic filling capabilities across the organization to meet the needs of countless patients. We establish benchmarks for the future of sterile production, ensuring that facilities designed today will remain relevant for years to come while collaborating globally across various sites and cultures.

The Role
We are seeking a qualified individual to lead and manage a technical team in a 24/7 operational environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, equipment, and systems, aligning with organizational strategies, and contributing to overall success. Reporting to a Senior Manager or Manager, this position requires managing team members, facilitating technical discussions, and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the technical team and ensure alignment with departmental strategies
- Ensure that equipment is designed, available, and capable of meeting production demands
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
- Coordinate scheduling plans with development or manufacturing timelines
- Lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to direct reports for optimal performance
- Develop and implement key performance indicators for areas of responsibility
- Collaborate with departmental leadership for training, development, and recruitment initiatives
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required
- A minimum of five years of experience in Manufacturing, Maintenance, or a related field
- At least three years of direct supervisory experience is required
- Familiarity with systems such as Compressed Air, Steam, Chilled Water, and others
- Proficiency in project management, planning, and problem-solving
- Ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
