Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Regional Manager/Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Establish quarterly objectives for management teams aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.
  • Facilitate communication between corporate headquarters and field operations.
  • Mentor and develop store managers through effective leadership.
  • Identify and recruit talent that embodies the company culture.
  • Focus on personal development to empower team members in business growth.
  • Utilize the Plan, Tell, Show, Do, Review (PTSDR) training method to coach future leaders.
  • Conduct bi-weekly visits to each location, dedicating a minimum of 6 hours per visit.
  • Prepare thoroughly for store visits with a focus on development, minimizing distractions.
  • Perform store evaluations to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Safeguard the brand's integrity by adhering to established policies.
  • Implement innovative strategies to foster community partnerships.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to address operational challenges.
  • Fulfill additional duties as required to maintain effective district operations.
  • Work across departments to identify and evaluate growth opportunities.
Travel Requirements

Up to 60% travel may be necessary.

Work Schedule
  • Availability to work at least 48 hours per week.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Remote Work Eligibility
  • Ability to work 60% of the time in regional locations and 40% remotely.
