Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated business acumen and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven track record in developing talent and managing multiple locations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Basic proficiency in math and accounting.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years in multi-unit management.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Work Schedule
  • Ability to work a minimum of 48 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
Remote Work Eligibility
  • Ability to work 60% of the time in regional locations and 40% remotely.
