Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with project teams to comprehend the scope and objectives pertaining to piping systems.
  • Perform thorough site evaluations to ascertain piping system needs and challenges.
  • Develop timelines and schedules for piping tasks, factoring in resource distribution and project deadlines.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations in all piping-related operations.
  • Track and report on progress, proactively identifying and resolving potential challenges.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of desk work, including extensive computer usage.
  • Climbing (stairs/ladders) and field inspections are integral to the role.
  • Exposure to outdoor environments.
  • Utilization of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as hard hats, safety glasses, respirators, ear protection, steel-toed footwear, and flame-resistant clothing as necessary.
  • Capability to lift and transport 15 lbs. regularly; occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. may be required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Mechanical/Piping Design.
  • Proficient in interpreting drawings, P&IDs, and ISOs.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD Plant 3D software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Capacity to perform under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices.
