Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with project teams to grasp project objectives and requirements related to piping design.
  • Perform thorough site evaluations to ascertain piping system needs and potential challenges.
  • Develop timelines and schedules for piping projects, ensuring efficient resource management and adherence to project milestones.
  • Guarantee compliance with safety protocols and regulations in all piping-related tasks.
  • Track and report on project progress, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods of desk work, including extensive computer use.
  • Field visits and climbing (stairs/ladders) are essential components of the role.
  • Exposure to outdoor environments.
  • Utilization of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as hard hats, safety glasses, respirators, ear protection, steel-toed footwear, and flame-resistant clothing as required.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs regularly; occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs may be necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Mechanical/Piping Design.
  • Proficient in interpreting drawings, P&IDs, and ISOs.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD Plant 3D software.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices.
