What's a successful candidate look like?
- Participate in the design and optimization of business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in the testing and validation of financial software applications.
- Working in various financial applications to ensure data integrity and security.
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure systems are maintained.
- A key player in the implementation or sunsetting of enterprise applications.
- Back-up role for Data Administrator.
- This role has an 80% focus on IT support and 20% on data support for internal employees and clients.
- As a Data and Technology team member, you will also be a point of contact for supporting Advisors with user access for Sowell enterprise systems and assisting them with training and troubleshooting.
- Managing the licensing of systems across the business.
- Managing vendor relations and vetting.
- Managing hardware inventory.
- Enforcing cybersecurity rules and regulations across the business.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience as a helpdesk technician.
- Experienced with cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of Powershell.
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 Admin portal.
- High proficiency in Azure AD.
- High proficiency in Saas products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Degree in IT or a related field, but not required.
- CompTIA certifications A+, Net+, or Sec+ are preferred but not required.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for sponsorship
- Ability to work onsite at the office in Little Rock, AR
