STEM Programs and Outreach (15%):

  • Promote the development of Aerospace STEM Clubs, fostering engagement in aerospace education.
  • Collaborate with AIA staff and external partners to deliver in-person programs and activities.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform current and future projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with AIA's Workforce and Communications teams to raise awareness of workforce initiatives and encourage students to explore aerospace careers.

Enterprise-wide Collaboration (5%):

  • Support AIA-wide flagship events, including executive meetings and industry interactions.
  • Collaborate with other coordinators on organization-wide needs, assisting in the planning and execution of various meetings and events.
  • Participate in special projects and focus groups as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Able to work under pressure, balancing immediate and long-term tasks while demonstrating flexibility.
  • Experience in content creation, with basic graphic design skills being a plus.
