Job Overview

AvaSure is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the US West Region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure successful account management and new business development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Manage a $150,000 - $180,000 salary plus commissions and benefits package

Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
