Front Office Representative

Choice Hotels International is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
Responsibilities:- Provide personalized guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage guest concerns and requests, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Communicate effectively with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Prepare daily logs summarizing communications for management and other shifts.
- Answer and field all calls to the hotel, both internal and external.
- Self-confidence and strong communication skills.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hotel, retail, or customer-focused experience.
- Reliable transportation and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other duties as required.
- Competitive hourly rate, starting at $19.00 per hour.
