Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Ajilon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer and route phone calls in a timely and professional manner
* Manage and respond to emails and delegate requests to the appropriate inbox
* Schedule closings and appointments with lenders and attorneys
* Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the office
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the conference rooms and break room
* Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in a front office or administrative role
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
