Front Office Supervisor

The Front Office Supervisor is a key member of the hotel team, responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient operations. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Front Office in managing day-to-day operations, including guest reception, guest services, reservations, and concierge.
- Oversee the arrival and departure experience, ensuring guests' expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance profit and flow-through, working closely with the hotel's revenue management team.
- Review daily financial and labor reports, providing insights to optimize operations and achieve annual budget and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop and execute departmental training programs, ensuring associates are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage associate engagement, scheduling, payroll, counseling, and quarterly department meetings to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Support the hotel's life-safety systems and be prepared to respond to emergency situations.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of four (4) years' experience in customer service, with two (2) to three (3) years of hotel supervisory experience.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with daily use of nearly all programs.
- Luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in using Birchstreet, HotSOS, and Rex preferred.
This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and push/pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. occasionally.
The pay scale for Front Office Supervisor is $24.00.
