Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton San Diego. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling front office operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our hotel.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Manage front office operations, including handling guest complaints, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to management as needed.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the front desk team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful as a Front Desk Agent, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
