Job Description

Job Title: Patient Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at SpineZone. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Office Operations: Greet and register patients, collect payments, and schedule appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Patient Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to patients regarding their appointments, billing, and insurance information.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: One year of administrative experience in a medical office setting preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
