Job Opportunity at The Ford Store San Leandro

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team at The Ford Store San Leandro. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding sales objectives, planned activities, and reviews.
  • Work with the service department and body shop to ensure vehicles are reconditioned as expected and on schedule.
  • Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer.
  • Understand and communicate the terminology of the automobile business and stay up-to-date with technological changes in the product.

Requirements:

  • Valid in-state driver's license.
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota.
  • Highly motivated, determined, and target-driven.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
