Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential new wholesale clients to expand our buyer network and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the hardware, technology, or electronics sector
  • Strong experience cold prospecting, knows what it's like to have a monthly quota
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills with a focus on closing deals and maximizing profit margins
  • A creative problem-solver with a good business sense, able to break down complex situations and come up with smart solutions
  • Highly motivated, with impeccable work ethic who is willing to invest the time and do the work to exceed goals
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
About You
  • 1+ years of experience as a Sales Representative preferably in the hardware, technology, or electronics sector
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • You are curious: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and give/receive feedback
  • Highly competitive- hates to lose more than loves to win
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team

We also believe in investing in the lifetime value of each individual we meet and interact with. We know that if it isn't a good fit at the moment, it doesn't necessarily mean that it won't be a good fit in the future as we both continue to grow. The base range for the Sales Associate is expected to be between $55,000-$60,000 with an On Target Earnings (OTE) between $75,000 and $80,000/year, including bonuses or commissions. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
