Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a strong understanding of the promotional products industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closing sales and managing order production for small-to-mid market opportunities
  • Qualifying and engaging new inbound customers with follow-up strategy for ideal leads
  • Creating sales proposals by proposing gift ideas, providing expertise on products, and communicating timelines upfront
  • Managing production timelines to ensure timely delivery, ensuring a smooth process throughout
  • Becoming a product expert within promotional space to provide high-level of customer service
  • Advocating for customers cross-functionally, and translating business/product needs to internal teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and 1-2 years sales experience
  • Strong communication, organization and time management skills
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Be resilient, creative and resourceful in employing sales strategies
  • Eager and excellent work ethic appropriate for a fast-paced, growing startup; ability to wear multiple hats
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and other project management tools
