About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Consultant to join our team as an Inside Sales Team Lead. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a highly skilled team of inside sales consultants to achieve sales goals and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire a Sales Team: Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to a team of inside sales consultants to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services and position them to meet the needs and values of K-12 prospects.
  • Track and Forecast Sales: Monitor and track sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and budget sales resources.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an Education-related field or similar.
  • Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, with a background in educational technology sales.
  • Market Knowledge: Complete understanding of the K-12 market and its trends.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to apply energy and creativity to meeting sales goals.
