This is a full-time role based in our headquarters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate cold outreach and qualify incoming sales inquiries to effectively convey IXL's unique value proposition to prospective users and ascertain their needs for the sales team.
- Facilitate the prompt handling of leads and provide assistance with various sales initiatives.
- Clearly communicate the status of campaigns to the sales team.
- Identify potential growth avenues for the sales teams to ensure achievement of growth objectives.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations of our web applications using screen sharing tools.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in inside sales, ideally within the educational technology or software sectors.
- A high degree of self-motivation, enthusiasm, and determination to excel.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively.
- Experience in delivering solutions tailored to client needs.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with web applications.
- Flexibility to accommodate various global time zones is advantageous.
- Prior experience is a plus.
The hourly wage for this full-time position ranges from $28 to $33, in addition to bonuses and benefits. The displayed range represents the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for this role. Individual pay is influenced by work location and other factors, including relevant skills, experience, and education.
