Position Overview

The Sales Consultant for Retail Services is accountable for engaging with customers and providing expert guidance on our diverse range of products and services. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional sales and service experience while working under moderate supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically represents our offerings by demonstrating product knowledge and sales expertise to customers.
  • Conducts product demonstrations to ensure customers are well-informed about the full capabilities of our services.
  • Adopts a customer-centric approach in all interactions, actively listening to customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Meets and exceeds sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Facilitates comprehensive onboarding for customers, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize and manage our products and services.
  • Handles operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborates with customer care teams to address and resolve customer inquiries as necessary.
  • Exhibits professionalism and integrity in all customer and team interactions.
  • Adheres to all company policies and retail operational procedures.
  • Completes training requirements and participates actively in team meetings and learning sessions.
  • Understands the sales compensation structure and its essential components.
  • Must be flexible with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may be required to work in different locations.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Must be able to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 25 pounds and remain mobile throughout the store.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative selling approach.
  • Genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn.
  • Ability to connect with customers and provide an outstanding experience.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer needs.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment.

Compensation

Base Pay: $16.13

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $23.11
