Overview:
Wave Broadband is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clientele. The ideal candidate will effectively articulate the advantages of our products to optimize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell targeted products and packages, clearly communicating pricing and service options to customers.
- Showcase Wave's diverse offerings to incoming customers at the retail location.
- Inform potential customers about current promotions and special offers.
- Build rapport with visitors, engaging them to identify the best service packages for their needs.
- Assess customer satisfaction and take necessary actions to enhance their experience with Wave.
- Maintain a professional appearance and respect customer property while representing the company.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, leveraging personal technical knowledge of services and equipment.
- Process customer transactions, including payments and service requests, in accordance with company policies.
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate records as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in customer support or service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and respectful demeanor.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Enthusiastic and approachable personality.
