STV Incorporated is in search of an experienced Project Management Information System Specialist / Microsoft SharePoint Expert to enhance our innovative Digital Advisory division.

The ideal candidate will take charge of optimizing and advancing our Project Management Information System (PMIS), with a strong emphasis on Microsoft SharePoint.

This position demands an extensive knowledge of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and customization, along with a solid foundation in project management methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:

SharePoint Administration & Development:
Design, configure, and sustain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows. Create tailored SharePoint solutions utilizing SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other associated tools. Establish and manage document management systems, ensuring proper version control and user permissions.

Management of Project Management Information System (PMIS):
Supervise the deployment and upkeep of the PMIS to guarantee it fulfills organizational requirements. Integrate SharePoint with additional PMIS tools and systems to enhance project tracking and reporting functionalities. Offer technical assistance and training to end-users regarding PMIS features and best practices.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
Develop and oversee project dashboards and reports to deliver real-time insights into project performance and metrics. Examine project data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancement. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the PMIS and associated systems.

Collaboration & Support:

Collaborate closely with project managers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the PMIS aligns with project objectives.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and PMIS-related challenges. Conduct regular training sessions and produce user documentation to promote effective utilization of SharePoint and PMIS.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about the latest SharePoint and PMIS technologies, trends, and best practices. Identify and implement enhancements to improve system performance, usability, and user satisfaction. Participate in cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and process enhancements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration and development. Proven track record in managing and enhancing PMIS solutions. In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server. Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related tools. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
SharePoint certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Associate). Experience with other project management tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello). Familiarity with SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
