  • Program Development
    • Facilitate workshops with product owners to gather pain points and wish list items
    • Consolidate feedback and include Voice of the Field (VOF) supplemental information
    • Develop personas and journey maps based upon the feedback
  • Requirements Development
    • Work with Deal Mgmt @ scale team to translate pain points and wish list items into elaboration backlog
    • Work with product owners to prioritize features
  • Project Management
    • Manage workstreams from initiation through deployment of a program
    • Track and report program performance
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of Program Management experience
  • Demonstrated experience as a project manager of a large and complex project
  • Broad knowledge of project and program management methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires competency in customer focus, executive management, and best practices in business management consulting
