Role Overview
This position involves collaborating with a team of Construction procurement specialists and working closely with Pre-Construction, Design, and Construction teams, as well as Worldwide Real Estate and Design, to formulate and implement sourcing strategies that deliver savings and enhance productivity across the construction category.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead individual General Contractor (GC) construction projects, collaborating with the team to ensure the successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary sites.
- Develop and implement long-term sourcing strategies while supporting key initiatives with cross-functional teams; guide the decision-making process of the category roadmap in partnership with senior leadership.
- Foster relationships and alignment with internal and external stakeholders to effectively plan and execute site launches, particularly during peak seasons.
- Own individual targets and objectives identified within the North America GC construction category, while also identifying and implementing process and system enhancements.
- Oversee GC sourcing, contracting, and ongoing support until project completion, maintaining strong commercial relationships with suppliers to achieve optimal cost and performance.
- Support supplier performance management, focusing on sustainability and social responsibility improvements.
- Assist in developing Key Performance Indicators and setting goals for the team.
- Ensure the team meets customer expectations through consistent progress tracking.
- Act as a market intelligence resource regarding categories, anticipating strategic opportunities and keeping key stakeholders informed.


Travel Requirements
The candidate must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time.


A Day in the Life
In this role, you will deliver innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable construction services to empower our Operations teams, ensuring customer satisfaction through speed, selection, and convenience.
You will collaborate with external suppliers and internal partners across various departments, including Design & Construction, Operations Engineering, Workplace Health & Safety, and Finance.
Flexibility to adapt and assume different roles, from strategy development to project management, is essential to meet customer needs effectively.
Your focus will be on analyzing categories to unlock value and deploying emerging technologies at scale for Operations.


Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in process building, project management, and scheduling.
- Strong analytical skills to drive decision-making through data.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.


Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification.
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
- Over 3 years of experience in construction cost management.

Our compensation reflects the labor costs across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is determined by multiple factors, including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
