Compensation & Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000, with compensation determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Some positions may be eligible for bonus incentives as part of the overall compensation package. Additionally, RoundGlass offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: Regular federal holidays, bereavement leave, medical/dental/vision plans with employer contributions, employee assistance programs, pet insurance, employer-paid life and disability insurance, a 401k plan with a maximum match, and generous paid time off.
