Position Overview

We are currently in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Administration Specialist to join a dynamic team within a reputable electric services firm. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service abilities and strong communication skills, along with a knack for resolving issues efficiently. Familiarity with QuickBooks and accounts receivable processes is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing incoming calls and inquiries
  • Providing assistance to clients and gathering information to assess their requirements
  • Generating work orders
  • Performing data entry tasks
  • Coordinating schedules
  • Reconciling payment transactions
  • Preparing financial deposits
  • Collaborating with technicians to ensure all documentation is collected and accurately entered into the system
  • Organizing files and records
  • Executing other administrative duties as required

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $21 based on experience.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Background checks will be conducted
  • Must be able to work in a drug-free environment
