Position Overview

We are currently in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Administrator to support the operations of a leading electric services firm. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a knack for problem-solving. Familiarity with QuickBooks and accounts receivable processes is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and provide assistance to customers to assess their requirements.
  • Generate and prepare work orders for service requests.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate scheduling of services and appointments.
  • Handle payment reconciliations and prepare bank deposits.
  • Ensure follow-up with technicians to collect and input all necessary documentation into the system.
  • Maintain organized filing systems.
  • Execute other administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $21 based on experience.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is essential.
  • Background checks will be conducted.
  • Must be able to work in a drug-free environment.
