We are currently in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Administrator to support the operations of a prominent electric services firm. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service abilities and strong communication skills, along with a knack for problem-solving. Familiarity with QuickBooks and accounts receivable processes is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming phone calls
- Assist clients by gathering information to assess their requirements
- Generate work orders
- Perform data entry tasks
- Coordinate scheduling activities
- Reconcile payments
- Prepare bank deposits
- Follow up with technicians to ensure all documentation is collected and accurately entered into the system
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Execute other administrative tasks as necessary
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $21 based on experience.
Essential Qualifications:- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Background checks will be conducted
- Must be able to work in a drug-free environment
