Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager at Hotel Jerome plays a crucial role in shaping our narrative and enhancing our brand presence both locally and beyond. This position demands a solid grasp of luxury branding, with an emphasis on storytelling, content development, community engagement, and local marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will embody an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating creativity and a proactive approach to driving marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and launch a dedicated website for Prospect featuring compelling content, engaging storytelling, and seamless booking functionalities.
  • Assist the Marketing team in executing digital marketing strategies, updating the website, creating marketing assets, and ensuring content accuracy.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities for Local Grassroots Marketing to boost community awareness, particularly regarding our unique Experiences, Events, and Culinary Offerings.
  • Forge partnerships with local organizations and vendors to enrich our brand narrative and maximize community impact.
  • Collaborate with on-site teams to produce content that aligns with our social media strategy, appealing to a luxury audience.
  • Support the strategic implementation of creative partnerships, including PR collaborations, to facilitate influencer and media visits.
  • Organize and manage on-site events and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of luxury branding and aesthetics.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects.
  • Capability to transform concepts into actionable plans, adapting as necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
