- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at improving rider satisfaction.
- Refine policies and procedures related to rider services.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms, including marketing materials and rider interactions.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to maintain an appealing and effective system presentation.
- Monitor public perception of the brand and strive to elevate the organization's standing within the community.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of system-wide operations.
- Assist in daily operational tasks as needed, taking on specific roles when required.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, community outreach, or content development.
- Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in various software applications, including web and mobile platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- A creative mindset with a history of successful program development and execution.
- A strategic approach to analyzing data and making informed decisions.
- A commitment to sustainable transportation and the mission of WE-cycle.
- Ability to operate a vehicle with a trailer.
- Capacity to lift 45-pound bicycles repeatedly throughout the day.
