Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at Stay Aspen Snowmass. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases our hospitality brands and resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a social media content strategy that aligns with our brand's overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that showcases our hospitality brands and resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement, reach, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with our content and creative teams to align on overarching content strategy, marketing goals, and brand voice messaging.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local photographers and videographers to collect timely content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, social media, communications, or a related field.
  • Five years of experience in the field of marketing and social media, with expert knowledge across key social channels and platforms.
  • Proven experience growing social media for a well-known brand with an active social media presence.
  • Hospitality experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience supporting influencer programming for a well-known brand with an active social media presence.
  • Demonstrated track record utilizing multiple social platforms to build awareness, engage new and existing customers, and increase sales.
  • Strong copywriting and impeccable proofreading skills, with the ability to transform long-form web and newsletter copy into engaging, punchy social captions and stories.
  • Project management experience: Ability to coordinate projects, communicate changes and progress, and stick to deadlines and budgets.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills for relationship-building and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with great time management skills and the ability to multitask and reprioritize quickly and often.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
  • Knowledge of photography and video production, from shoot to post-production and delivery.
  • Experience working in social media management platforms such as Dash Hudson.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and/or Facebook Business Manager.
