- Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will also be responsible for getting new properties listed on our platform.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with local operations and support staff to ensure owner satisfaction and maintain strong, lasting relationships with homeowners.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on local and national competitors, understand relevant regulations, and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure SkyRun maintains a competitive edge.
- A robust network and established connections within the Aspen community.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex sales challenges with creative and effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to advise and consult with discerning vacation homeowners.
