Job Description:

Supportive Community Innovations is seeking a highly motivated and organized RBT/Office Coordinator to provide administrative support and direct service to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role will involve a combination of direct service hours, administrative tasks, and backup clinical coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct Service Hours: Provide direct support to clients as assigned by Care Coordinators, including regular clients and occasional fill-ins.
  • Administrative Tasks: Organize the office, manage inventory and supplies, and perform tasks such as ordering and restocking.
  • Relief and Break Support: Provide relief and bathroom breaks for RBTs in direct time.
  • Program Materials and Stimuli: Create program materials and stimuli as needed.
  • Task Coordination and Assignment: Coordinate and assign tasks to RBTs on administrative time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Client Work Experience: Ability to work with a wide range of clients and provide individualized support.
  • Self-Motivation and Organization: Highly self-motivated and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work well with Care Coordinators and other leaders, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in Google Sheets, Forms, and other relevant software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Self-Sufficiency and Feedback: Self-sufficient in providing, seeking, and responding to feedback, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Reliability and Punctuality: Reliable and punctual, with the ability to adjust to frequent schedule and task changes.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Able to work some evenings and weekends on occasion, with a flexible availability to meet the needs of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in providing direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Age and Licensing: Must be 18 years of age, with a valid driver's license and insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Availability: Flexible availability to meet the needs of the organization.
