RBT/Office Coordinator

Bedford, United States Supportive Community Innovations- Full time

Job Description:SCI is looking for a current employee to continue to work in direct time as an RBT plus coordinate administrative (and other) tasks that are assigned to RBTs when 1) cancellations or lack of direct time hours, not due to staff performance or decisions, and 2) other needs that might arise as project work for RBTs. This position also provides some backup clinical coverage when appropriate, as well as support to RBTs.

We strongly encourage applicants who wish to work full time; this position will begin as mostly Direct Time and a few hours per week of admin time but will slowly transition such that they work 5-10 hours per week of Administrative time, with the 25-30 hours per week coming from direct service. Note that increased Admin time at a lower rate will lower your pay overall if you replace your current direct hours with this admin time. Some staff are still interested in this position because of 1) the experience gained and 2) it breaks up their days and helps with preventing burnout.

Rate of Hourly Compensation for Admin Time: $1-$2 above base pay, based on experience

Job Duties:

  • Direct RBT Service hours as assigned by CCs (you will have regular clients)
  • Organizing the office
  • Inventory and stock supplies
    • Order as needed (ie. food, cleaning supplies, office supplies, other needs, etc...)
    • Keep different areas stocked with supplies (ie. bathrooms, kitchens, etc...)
  • Relief and bathroom breaks for RBTs in Direct Time
  • Ability to fill in with clients when needed
  • Making program materials and stimuli
  • Coordinating and/or cleaning, and assigning tasks to RBTs on admin time
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to work with a wide range of clients
  • Highly self-motivated and organized
  • Ability to work well with the Care Coordinators and other leaders
  • Skilled (or willing to become skilled) in Google Sheets, Forms and other relevant software
  • Self-sufficient in providing, seeking and responding to feedback
  • Enthusiasm, fun-loving, and positive energy
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Easily adjust to frequent schedule and task changes thought the day and week
  • Able to work some evenings/weekends on occasion
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in providing direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible availability
