Role Summary:

The Coordinator, Franchise Development, Multi-Brand (FDC) will be responsible for Launch Day coordination, creation of launch day dossiers, planning and execution of launch day, appointment coordination for VPs of Franchise Recruitment, Franchise Agreement coordination with the internal legal team, and launch day decks. Additionally, the FDC will be responsible for administrative work for the recruitment team including, but not limited to report maintenance, contact inputs into the CRM management system, resale package management, maintain and create performance reports, mapping systems, creating and implementing processes, Franchise Disclosure Document coordination, and communication with the franchise recruitment team, the real estate and design team, the legal team and the Chief Growth Officer.


This is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth with demonstrated success.


This role will work in conjunction with the other franchise recruitment team members including Directors of Franchise Recruitment, Franchise Recruitment Representatives, Vice Presidents of Franchise Recruitment, Real Estate, Design and Construction, to accomplish its individual and team targets.


Key Result Areas:

  • Being the primary point of communication for the internal franchise recruitment teams. Must be warm, focused, attentive to leads and candidates, and be able to follow a detailed process.
  • Will work in conjunction with brand specific teams for key items pertaining to Franchise Development
  • Maintain all franchise recruitment performance reports and lead generation budget reports for team.
  • Responsible for coordinating and preparing the inter-office communication, planning & budgeting for Launch Days. This will include the dates for Launch Day, complete candidate dossiers at least 48 hours before LD, the schedule and booking for LD being coordinated with all involved parties and presenters.


Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate would have 1 year of introductory sales or personnel recruitment experience, and administrative management preferably in the franchise industry.
  • The right candidate must be coachable with the ability to be held accountable, must strive for excellence and have only the highest integrity in their interactions.
  • The ideal candidate should possess leadership qualities and is comfortable managing various moving parts, systems and team members.
  • This is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth with demonstrated success.


Education and Experience:

  • 1 year of Sales process management and/or Recruitment process experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Franchise practice experience a plus, but not required.

Accountabilities:


This individual will be accountable to the teams responsible for protecting Unleashed Brands and the brands under the Unleashed domain including Franchisees, Home Office team, and the Leadership team. The Multi-Brand Franchise Development Coordinator will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer.


Workplace environment:

  • This role will be located at the Home Office headquarters in Bedford, TX (D/FW).
  • An occasional travel may be required.
  • Daily dress code of "business casual" and positive work environment.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. on occasion.
